Personally, I spend about five minutes several times a day with self-hypnosis, and also yoga when I can. This is now, of course initially, I spent a longer time with all of them, and also with other forms of meditation. It definitely has helped me, I’m a lot calmer and more rational than I used to be. And if I don’t spend my time with self-hypnosis (which is a form of meditation) daily, I feel “rough”.
