And this is what I see the 25 eminent Malaysians have done with their open letter. They have drawn attention back to the supremacy of the Federal Constitution.
From a legal background, I have been surprised over the years to the extent the Constitution seems to be forgotten by all three organs of the state. It has reached a point that I sometimes go, “Oh ya hor, we have a written constitution!” when someone mentions it in light of current affairs.
