The hearing by the Criminal Bench of the High Court at Jalan Duta in Kuala Lumpur, before Justice Datuk Mohamad Apandi Ali, is scheduled for three days till Thursday and from Nov 24 to 28.
Twelve-and-a-half years down the road, Fernandez, 49 years old then and now 61, was told by Justice Apandi in August that “I want to make a decision by December. I hope you will bear with me. I am trying my level best to complete your case by year-end.”
