Fitness: TRX Force Revisited
TRX is one of the best options to get fit and build a strong core. I decided to revisit the TRX Force programme for the first quarter of 2015.

Overall, I found myself getting good results with this product and programme. I do recommend the product, having gained better results than with other suspension trainers.
