Updates – Injured Rotator Cuff
I injured my rotator cuff some time back, so classes have been tough, especially if I have to demo. But it’s on the mend, so things are looking up!

I have shoulder impingement, so no shoulder flexion, especially weight bearing.
My most recent outing in the Sun, came out last week but was really too busy to update here. It’s all about the haze.
