By 10.15, his blog is updated, usually a post of almost 500 words, with nice photos to complement the piece. By 11, he has about 50 comments left on his blog. I sometimes wonder whether his whole morning is dedicated to his blog.

  1. an employee’s time is wasted on his or her blog; and
  2. business secrets may be revealed on the employee’s blog.
