Did some major shoulder blade work today in yoga class. Dolphin and L-forearm balance were the peaks.
The Yoga for Runners session I conducted with Kia Kaha Fitness went pretty well. Some strength poses followed by stretching. If all goes well, I’ll be running a Runners’ Yoga class next year.
I have shoulder impingement, so no shoulder flexion, especially weight bearing.
Personal training is now becoming quite a fitness trend in Malaysia, especially in the Klang Valley.
