This is the inaugural post on Namaste Adventures, celebrating the publication of my most recent column out in the Sun newspaper today. This one discusses land development in the Klang Valley.
Of course, if I had a 10ft by 10ft plot of land and could make it into a 200-storey commercial building cum shopping complex cum condominium “sky tower” and make mega bucks from it, why would I care if I did not have enough land to cater for parking or that the roads and infrastructure cannot handle such a development or that the lorries and cement-mixers coming and going will create pot-holes that can fit half a Kancil? Clever little me, I would have made a ton of money already.
